Thai Sweet Chili Salmon

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsps Tamari
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 Garlic (clove, grated)
  • 0.75 lbs Salmon Fillet (skinless, cut into large cubes)
  • 2 grams Avocado Oil Spray
  • 3 tbsps Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 stalk Green Onion (sliced)

Preparation: 

  1. Combine the tamari, lime juice, and garlic in a bowl. Add the salmon and toss to coat. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 375ºF (190ºC). Spray the basket with oil before using.
  3. Place the salmon in the air fryer basket and bake for seven to nine minutes or until cooked through, shaking halfway through.
  4. In a bowl, combine the sweet chili sauce, sesame seeds, and green onions. Add the cooked salmon and toss gently to combine. Divide evenly between bowls and enjoy!
