Here’s a quick rundown of our refund policies for specific products and programs:
Healthy Hormone Club (BHRT Program)
- Membership: Our Healthy Hormone Club is a monthly or annual subscription, which automatically renews as long as you're enrolled.
- Monthly Subscriptions: After making three monthly payments, you can cancel anytime. If you want to cancel before three months, you'll need to cover the cost of products and services up to three payments.
- Annual Subscriptions: You have a 14-day window for refunds. After that, refunds aren’t available, even if you haven’t used any services.
- How to Cancel: Please let us know three business days before your next billing date. You can cancel by filling out the Membership Management Questionnaire, emailing us at support@glownaturalwellness.com, or calling us at +1 (855) 928-4442.
- Exceptions: In certain situations, like if you're unable to continue for medical reasons, we may make exceptions to this policy.
GLOW Protocol
- Subscription Charges: You'll be billed monthly or annually as agreed, but you're free to cancel at any time—no questions asked!
- Refunds: We don't issue refunds for past payments unless you cancel before the payment is processed.

Supplements and Personal Care Products
- 90-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with a supplement, return it within 90 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling. No questions asked!
- Multiple Bottles: Return one opened bottle and any unopened bottles for a refund. We can’t refund more than one opened bottle.
Lab Testing and Consultations
- 90-Day Happiness Guarantee: If you haven’t used or won’t use the lab tests or consultations, contact us within 90 days for a refund (minus shipping and handling). No refunds are available once your sample has been sent to the lab.
Programs
90-Day Happiness Guarantee: Unsatisfied with a program? Contact us within 90 days for a full refund, no questions asked. After 90 days, refunds are no longer available.
