GLOW Midweek Recipe: Tuna Stuffed Avocado Recipe

Let’s make it simple this week. We’re sharing this no-fuss recipe that you can prepare just because we know that you’re most likely exhausted from all that Christmas preparation and all the parties that came after.

Here goes this weeks recipe – Tuna Stuffed Avocado!

Ingredients:
• 1 can tuna
• 2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
• 1 sprinkle dried dill (to taste)
• Salt and pepper as needed
• 1 ripe avocado, cut in half and seed removed

Directions:

In a small mixing bowl, stir together the tuna,Greek yogurt and dill.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fill the avocado halves with tuna salad and serve.
