6 years ago I couldn’t even exercise for 10 minutes. I never would have dreamed of riding a bike 10 miles. This goes to show how powerful motivation is.
I never used to think that I needed someone to train me, but the truth is, having someone to help me was vital! When Michelle took me on a bike ride she told me I could bike 20 miles. Without having ever done it before, I laughed. It seemed impossible, but I tried.
Halfway through I broke down and started to cry. Michelle talked me through it, and guess what? I finished. I did the 20 miles. From that day on I have been exercising consistently.
Michelle showed me how to have a physical breakthrough. But more importantly, having that physical breakthrough has taught me how to have a mental and spiritual breakthrough. It is all in the same, and Michelle has helped me understand that.
Michelle can’t do the work for you, but she can show you the steps and believe in you when you don’t believe in yourself. I think that is the hardest part, knowing what to do and believing you can do it. And that is where Michelle really shines. She taught me how to have both the physical and mental strength to overcome obstacles and push through when it gets tough.
